How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase in the "Order Tracking" section on our website to get the status of your shipment.
I haven't received a tracking email yet. What should I do?
Please first check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes these emails can end up there. If you still can't find it and believe your order should have shipped, please contact us at support@haloyoga.store with your order details.
My tracking information isn't updating. What's wrong?
If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to fully update in the system. Sometimes, it takes a little time for the carrier to scan and process the package. If it's been longer than 5 working days and there's no update, please contact us.
What if I forgot my order number?
If you forgot your order number, you can click on the "I forgot my order number" link on the Order Tracking page. You will likely be prompted to enter your email address to retrieve it or receive further instructions.
My tracking shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with anyone else who might have accepted the package on your behalf. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. If you still cannot locate your package after 24-48 hours, please contact us at support@haloyoga.store so we can assist you further.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped and tracking information is available, it's usually not possible to change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you realize there's an issue with your shipping address after placing an order but before it ships.
